Frobisher Says available for free on PSN today!

The PS Vita's quirky is now out for all gamers, according to a PS Blog post. The game will go live with today's PSN update, after it was originally a pack-in on the 3G model (I think). Anyway, the whacky party game will be everyone's to enjoy in just a couple of hours.
